This website has no forms
There is nothing on this site that collects your details. No contact form, no sign up, no newsletter, no account. The buttons here either dial our phone number or open WhatsApp on your own device.
If you WhatsApp us
The WhatsApp buttons open a message already written out, asking for your name, your car and what it is doing. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. You can change or delete any of it first.
When you do send it, we see your name, your WhatsApp number and whatever you wrote. We use it to phone you back and to book your car in. We keep it the way any workshop keeps a customer's contact details, so we can carry on helping you. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta and their own privacy terms apply to the message travelling between us.
If you phone us
We see your number, as with any phone call. We do not record calls.
What the web host records
The site is hosted in South Africa. Like every website, the server keeps ordinary access logs, which include the IP address of the device asking for a page, the time and which page was asked for. These are used to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not sold or shared.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising trackers. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches them from Google's servers and Google sees the request. If we later add a visitor counter to see how many people find the site, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Phone or WhatsApp us on the numbers above and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
